JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position oversees scheduling, equipment, compliance, customer service, and financial performance while fostering a safe and professional work environment.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Oversee all plumbing, sewer, and septic field operations and service schedules
• Manage estimates, proposals, and customer projects
• Handle customer and team conflict resolution quickly and professionally
• Ensure vehicle and equipment inspections, maintenance, and readiness
• Lead, train, and coach service technicians and support staff
• Maintain OSHA, DOT, and environmental compliance
• Monitor P&L, control expenses, and report financial performance
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Hire and mentor employees to support safe, efficient, and profitable operations
• Be available for after-hours and emergency needs as required
