As Executive Manager Brand & Experience, you will lead RACQ’s brand and member strategic agenda, shaping how we show up in the lives of members and influencing enterprise strategy during a period of evolution and growth. About the role This senior leadership role positions brand and member experience as a strategic asset for RACQ, shaping a consistent, trusted and relevant experience across strategy, products and services. You will: Apply a strong brand and member lens to strategic decision making, identifying and evaluating growth opportunities including partnerships, new services and channels. Lead the development of a member led strategy that strengthens brand equity and sustains membership growth over time. Define the future member proposition and journeys, connecting strategic intent with operational execution across the organisation. Lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver data driven insights, build actionable intelligence and embed a strong member centric culture Conduct market research, and be the voice of the future member, contributing to enterprise planning, investment decisions and strategy leadership forums. About you You are a strategic brand and experience leader with a strong commercial mindset and a deep commitment to member value. You bring clarity, insight, and influence to complex environments and know how to turn data, into meaningful action. You will bring: Strong experience in brand and member strategy and positioning within complex organisations. Proven capability in designing and improving member journeys and experiences. Strong expertise in member insights and data analysis, translating insight into tangible outcomes. Confidence in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
