Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the hotel’s success – leading both Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, meet ambitious commercial goals, and maintain the highest operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable guest journey.
