Job Description As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Your duties will include: Providing strategic leadership to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff members, promoting professional development and empowerment. Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the property. Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, staff, suppliers, and local authorities. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a Hotel Management/Operational Manager role Demonstrated strategic and operational leadership experience, with the ability to clearly articulate direction and coach the team. A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards.
