Browns Crafthouse, Regina is looking for a motivated restaurant professional, ready to join our team of restaurateurs as a General Manager. This person will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic work environment. Coupled with a commitment to service excellence, accountability for daily operations, and acute attention to detail. We are looking for people who love the industry, who see their future in the industry and want the opportunity to be successful!
REQUIREMENTS:
-At least three years of supervisory or management experience working in the restaurant industry actively planning, coordinating, managing all aspects of the operation
-Excellent interpersonal skills, guest services, and oral/written communication skills
-A commitment to furthering your career through hard work and dedication, team development-Strong commitment to the highest quality service standards
-Strong Computer and office administration skills
-Ability to train effectively and execute to deliver a great guest experience
-Demonstrate a passion for food, beverage and all things related to the restaurant business
-Ability to build and foster relationships
-High attention to detail
