  • A genuine passion for great food, drink, and unforgettable customer experiences.
  • A strong leader who can build, train, and manage a brand-new team from the ground up.
  • Someone who thrives under pressure, stays calm when things get busy, and knows how to get the best out of people.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the new venue’s daily operations.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a brand-new team.
  • Upholding Buck’s Bar’s standards of quality, service, and atmosphere.
  • Staff scheduling and rota management.
  • Stock control, supplier liaison, and budget management.
  • Driving performance, managing costs, and maximising profitability.
  • Leading from the front to ensure smooth, efficient service — every shift.

What You’ll Get:

  • The chance to play a key role in the opening and success of a new Buck’s Bar location.
  • A vibrant and supportive work environment with creative freedom and input.
  • Achievable bonus scheme worth up to £10,000 per year depending on salary.
  • The opportunity to grow with one of Scotland’s most exciting independent hospitality brands.

If you’re ready to take the reins and be part of something new, exciting, and full of energy — apply now and show us what you’ve got.
