We’re on the hunt for a visionary General Manager to lead our Building Management & Concierge division into its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and part of our executive team, this role is perfect for a people-focused leader who thrives in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Leading, mentoring and developing a large, diverse team of Concierge and Building Managers
Driving performance, profitability and service excellence across multiple sites
Building strong client relationships, attending Owners Corporation meetings, and delivering service standards that exceed expectations
Preparing annual business plans, budgets, and reports to guide long-term success
Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and innovation
Playing a key role in new business proposals and growth opportunities
Requirement to be contactable outside of business hours to support the team with out of the ordinary circumstances
