We are currently searching for a General Manager to oversee the business & people operations at our restaurant located in Eau Claire, WI. The Role: As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational, financial, and people management of the restaurant. Such responsibilities include inventory management, overseeing building and equipment maintenance, reconciliation of cash with receipts, vendor management, customer relations, cleanliness and security, and food preparation. Additional key duties include the hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and supervision of team members. The General Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals, promoting exceptional customer service, and maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation in the community. Qualified candidates will: Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience Be a people person Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Is passionate about coaching and developing others Demonstrate excellent communication & customer service skills Can work nights and weekends as needed Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Assist with catering as needed, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events.
