We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead the business and people operations at our Sun Prairie, WI location. The Role: As General Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including financial performance, operational efficiency, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining the facility and equipment, reconciling cash and receipts, coordinating with vendors, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and security, and overseeing food preparation. You will also lead all people-related functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and daily supervision of team members. The General Manager is accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and strengthening the restaurant’s presence and reputation within the community. Qualified candidates will: Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience Be a people person Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Passionate about coaching and developing others Demonstrate excellent communication & customer service skills Able work nights and weekends as needed Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Assist with catering as needed, including taking phone orders, delivering, and working off-site at catering events.
