Description Gravity Haus is seeking an energetic, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operation at Cabin Juice and oversee our management team and full restaurant staff. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, building a high-performing team, and driving strong financial and operational results. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who leads by example, understands every position on the floor, and is passionate about developing people, elevating standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and develop F&B Managers and frontline team members. Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture. Run daily pre-shifts with training, updates, and recognition. Coach, provide feedback, and manage performance when needed. Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members. Ensure all employees have clear training and development plans. Operations & Guest Experience Oversee daily restaurant operations and service execution. Ensure consistent delivery of Gravity Haus service standards. Confirm reservations and manage member recognition in OpenTable. Partner with culinary and bar leadership on menu development. Attend daily hotel lineups or ensure F&B representation. Serve as a visible leader on the floor during peak periods. Financial & Business Management Own the financial performance of the restaurant. Manage departmental budgets and cost controls. Monitor payroll, timekeeping, and labor compliance. Review sales performance and menu profitability. Manage vendor invoices and purchasing. Conduct monthly beverage inventory. Participate in weekly financial strategy meetings Sales, Marketing & Events Drive revenue through promotions, events, and partnerships. Collaborate on private events and group dining programs. Partner with the events team to host member and community experiences. Support marketing and sales initiatives. Strategic Partnerships Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Chef and Hotel GM. Collaborate with the Director of F&B and corporate teams. Build systems and infrastructure to support long-term growth. Support property openings, transitions, and special initiatives. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of senior management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant environment. Proven experience leading managers and large teams. Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills. A track record of developing and retaining top talent. Experience in both independent and corporate restaurant settings. Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Success building and sustaining high-service standards. A strong sense of ownership and accountability. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
