GENERAL MANAGER (F&B – MULTI-OUTLET)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our two established cafés in Singapore. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who can ensure consistency, drive performance, and lead teams to deliver excellence across both outlets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Manager in the F&B industry (multi-outlet experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of both cafés, ensuring service excellence.
• Lead and manage outlet managers, supervisors, and team members.
• Ensure consistency in recipes, presentation, and service standards.
• Develop, train, and motivate staff for long-term retention and performance.
• Monitor and control costs, including food cost, payroll, inventory, and wastage.
• Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain operational standards.
• Drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the Directors.
• Support future growth and business development initiatives.
