Description The VIG is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness - Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences - Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth - Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement - Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Join our team and be part of an exciting new venture where your leadership can make a lasting impact. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Ability to work 50 hours per week - Must be able to stand for long periods of time - This position will require a ServSafe Certification and a Title 4 Liquor Certification
