About the Role

Supporting the Outback Spirit business this is a rare opportunity to take the reins of one of our Camps & Lodges. You will own the end-to-end success of Camps & Lodges - from the quality of every guest journey to the performance of your people, the health of the P&L, and the development of our Camps & Lodges.

 You will be responsible for:

• Setting the tone for a high performance culture
• Owning the safety for our guests and team
• Directing and overseeing the financial performance of the operations to budget
• Continually raising the bar on guest experience to exceed expectations of our guests
• Oversee an efficient preventative and reactive maintenance program

 About you

The position requires a leader that is not only commercial and financially savvy but can demonstrate from experience that you:
