Carwash General Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled, driven, and experienced Carwash Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our carwash facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including but not limited to staff management, customer service, community relations, sales, and marketing.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in carwash management or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of carwash equipment and maintenance.
Knowledge of safety.
Experience in business administration, management, or a related field.9. Flexible schedule to properly manage various peak traffic days and able to travel to sister sites for training, networking, and various other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of carwash personnel to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including promotions, advertising, community outreach, and customer loyalty programs.
Maintain the daily operations of the carwash facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that the facility is clean and well-maintained.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and health regulations.
Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
Develop and implement training programs for new employees and ongoing training for existing employees.
Analyze sales and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
