OVERVIEW

The Albany Medical Clinic is seeking a General Manager & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The GM&CFO will play a critical role in shaping our business strategy and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This position requires a leader who can drive business development, enhance operational efficiency, while providing senior financial management leadership.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE & QUALITY ASSURANCE

*Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service, addressing patient concerns and improving satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Health Administration, or a related field; a CPA is preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong background in business development, with a track record of successful negotiations.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and project management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset to drive decision-making processes.

  Pay: $150,000.00-$225,000.00 per year
