The General Manager will be responsible for: Leading and managing all aspects of daily operations in our facility services. Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinating sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and increase market presence. Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners. Supervising staff performance and fostering a positive, high-performance work culture. Monitoring financial performance, budget management, and achieving profitability targets. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
