The Role This is not a desk job and not a “keep the lights on” manager role. As Studio Manager, you are the CEO of your studio—responsible for sales performance, team leadership, customer experience, and growth across multiple revenue streams. You’ll lead from the front, coach your team to win, and create a studio culture members rave about.
