Description

Exciting opportunity in the Raleigh area for a professional in the commercial roofing industry. In this role, you will lead all aspects of operations and service, drive strategic growth, ensure financial performance, and maintain operational excellence while cultivating a culture of safety and quality.   • Provide overall operational and financial leadership, including P&L oversight
  • Lead, mentor, and manage estimators, project managers, service crews, and sales representatives
  • Lead business development by securing service contracts, maintenance agreements, and new projects
  • Oversee estimating, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety compliance (OSHA)
  • Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and property/facility manager relationships
  • Implement process improvements, technology tools, and performance metrics (KPIs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 4–7 years in commercial/industrial roofing management (construction and/or service)
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Strong operational, sales, and team leadership skills
  • Strong background in commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, BUR, metal, coatings, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with safety standards
  • Familiarity with CRM/estimation/project software (e.g., Procore, Salesforce)
