A bit about your role As the General Manager Consumer Technology, you will lead the charge in shaping how nbn understands and responds to the evolving behaviours of Australians online. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role is central to identifying and championing emerging consumer trends, translating global shifts in technology into meaningful insights for our network and our customers. You will be the voice of nbn’s network in the public domain, crafting engaging narratives that bring clarity to complex innovations such as AI, AR/VR, wearables, and IoT. Through thoughtful analysis and storytelling, you will help internal and external stakeholders from executive teams to everyday Australians, understand the implications of these technologies on connectivity and in-home experiences. Your work will directly inform strategic decisions across sales, media, communications, and education, ensuring nbn remains at the forefront of consumer technology.
