You will be responsible for handling various types of contracts, including NDA's, project contracts, supply agreements, bank guarantee terms and conditions, work orders, purchase orders, undertakings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct contract negotiations and draft contracts in line with the organization's standard terms and conditions for project business Coordinate with the sales and projects teams to review purchase orders, bids, and agreements. Provide suggestions and implement strategies to mitigate risks in accordance with the organization's policies, ethics, and compliance standards Attend calls with clients for terms and conditions negotiations. Offer legal advice and conduct legal research when necessary. Manage a team of contract professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Engagement in Project from Pre-Sales Stage Buil claims and realization. Identification of project risk and build and execute risk mitigation plan for project execution Read contract and analyze and highlight the risks. Formulate, organize, and monitor projects. Decide on suitable strategies and objectives to eliminate contractual Risks. Coordinate cross-project activities in terms of Scope & Risk Management. Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff in line to contract requirement. Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities. Maintain change, risk and resource management doc/tracker. Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors. Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI. Resolve projects’ higher scope issues. Prepare reports for program directors. Required Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in contract management, negotiation, and drafting. Proficient in legal research and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies and compliance standards Relevant experience in Construction/MEP/ELV Project Program Management or other similar managerial domain. Deep understanding of project/program management techniques/Contracts & methods Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication & Problem-Solving skills. Team Player, Leadership and business management skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in contract management and negotiation.
