What We’re Searching For RallyX is seeking a results-oriented individual to join our team as a General Manager to lead one of our portfolio businesses. This role is crucial in driving the day-to-day operations and setting the strategic direction of the business, ensuring that it meets its growth targets and aligns with RallyX’s values and mission. We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader who is highly organized, adaptable, and has a strong skill set in both strategic planning and operational execution. What You’ll Do Oversee all operations of the business, managing resources to ensure smooth execution and high standards of quality. Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with RallyX’s senior leadership to drive growth and achieve performance goals. Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement, making adjustments to optimize productivity. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth. Lead employee development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Work closely with cross-functional teams and other RallyX business leaders on shared goals and projects. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing any concerns. Prepare performance reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights to senior management. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management preferred, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in paint Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role. Why RallyX?
