Description

General Manager, will be the driving force behind store performance. You will oversee all aspects of operations, lead and inspire your team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure the store meets ambitious financial, operational, and brand standards. This role offers a competitive base salary plus profit sharing, rewarding you for driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, food quality, and guest service at the highest level.
  • Managing Training Schedule as the corporate store will be used as a food testing and new/current franchisee training location

Financial Management

  • Drive sales growth and maximize profitability through effective P&L management.
  • Control costs including labor, food, and operating expenses while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.
  • Foster an environment of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Strategic Execution

  • Implement new company initiatives and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
  • Ensure consistent alignment with Shelby’s brand values and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Strong track record of driving financial performance in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on operator with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Proficiency with P&L management, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
