The General Manager we are seeking must be sharp, well-spoken, humble, and effective.
Must possess an active “in the trenches” Leadership style, fostering a positive team-oriented environment that focuses on guest satisfaction, employee development, and brand compliance. F&B experience is essential.
Oversee day-to-day operations of Hotel. Accountable for achieving budgeted revenues, driving guest loyalty, and optimizing employee efficiency while maintaining the operational and service standards prescribed by Leisure Hospitality Management.
Must have 2+ years experience in capacity of a results-proven General Manager -OR- 4+ years as an effective Front Office Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
Marriott experience PREFERRED

Pay: $58,240.00 - $66,560.00 per year
