Floor Manager - COYA Muscat

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, leads from the front and has a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest journey while leading and inspiring the front-of-house team during every service.

• You will:Lead the restaurant floor and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing service team.
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with VIPs and regular guests.
• Ensure the highest standards of luxury service are consistently delivered.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and reception teams to create flawless service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve challenges professionally.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
• Support stock control, cash handling and operational reporting.
• Maintain exceptional standards across the restaurant at all times.

• Essential requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a luxury or premium dining environment.
• Experience working in internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Outstanding guest engagement and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent food, beverage and wine knowledge.
• Experience managing busy, high-volume services without compromising quality.
• Fluent English communication skills.
