Description

One of a leading Real Estate Developers in Dubai is urgently looking for General Manager-CRM to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or technology with a deep understanding of CRM tools, real estate processes, and data analytics. This role involves leading CRM strategies, optimizing customer touchpoints, and working closely with engineering teams to enhance the customer experience in the real estate market.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • A background in real estate or property development is a significant plus.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 15 years of experience in Real Estate.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems, particularly in a real estate environment, and understanding of engineering processes.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering or IT teams to integrate CRM systems with operational tools.

SKILLS:

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and implement CRM systems effectively within the real estate industry.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics and how to leverage data for customer segmentation, insights, and performance reporting.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, especially in the context of real estate projects and engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in managing customer expectations and improving service delivery using technology.

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that leverage engineering and technological insights to drive customer satisfaction and retention within the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to create customer-focused initiatives based on real estate trends and project cycles.
  • Tailor CRM strategies for different customer segments, including buyers, sellers, and investors, based on engineering data and market insights.
  • CRM System Optimization & Management:
  • Oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of CRM systems used in the real estate business (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for customer data tracking, lead generation, and post-sales service.
  • Lead CRM platform integrations with engineering and property management systems to improve customer service and lead management.
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly between CRM systems and engineering tools, such as project management software and property databases, for real-time customer and project updates.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM team, ensuring they are equipped with the technical skills required to effectively manage CRM systems in the real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and IT departments to ensure CRM tools are tailored to meet the specific needs of real estate customers and operations.
  • Drive a culture of customer-centricity, ensuring that all CRM activities are aligned with delivering exceptional customer experiences in real estate transactions.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Lead data-driven initiatives to analyze customer behavior, preferences, and engagement with real estate properties.
  • Oversee customer segmentation and profiling efforts, leveraging engineering insights to create targeted customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to the senior leadership team using CRM data, including KPIs such as customer lifetime value, sales conversion rates, and satisfaction scores.
  • Customer Experience Optimization:
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the customer journey from initial inquiry to property purchase or leasing is streamlined and enhanced through CRM touchpoints.
  • Lead efforts to integrate customer feedback loops into CRM systems, allowing real-time adjustments to service offerings based on customer sentiment and market conditions.
  • Develop strategies to manage customer expectations, reduce friction points, and ensure a seamless experience from pre-sale to post-sale in real estate projects.
  • Collaboration Across Departments:
  • Collaborate with engineering, property management, and sales teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with property development timelines and real estate project goals.
  • Communicate CRM initiatives and results clearly to all departments and stakeholders involved in real estate projects.
  • Ensure that CRM systems support engineering teams in managing customer queries, project updates, and post-sale support.
  • CRM System Upgrades & Innovations:
  • Lead the process of CRM system upgrades, ensuring new features or functionalities meet the evolving needs of both engineering and customer service teams in real estate.
