Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a 320-room hotel and located along Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, close to the KLCC precinct. Positioned within one of Kuala Lumpur’s most competitive commercial and lifestyle corridors. The property features multiple food and beverage outlets, extensive conference and banqueting facilities, a fitness centre, swimming pool, and business centre. We are seeking an experienced and commercially disciplined General Manager to lead the hotel into its next phase of performance. This role requires a leader with strong financial governance, clear communication skills, and the ability to work closely with ownership and IHG stakeholders to strengthen results across rooms, F&B, and meetings & events. The Role Provide overall leadership for hotel operations across rooms, food and beverage, meetings and events, and guest services Drive strong commercial performance through effective revenue strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Establish clear operational discipline and governance to support consistent performance and accountability Work closely with ownership and IHG teams to support effective collaboration and communication Lead, develop, and retain a strong executive team and engaged hotel workforce Champion Crowne Plaza brand standards, service excellence, and guest experience delivery Represent the hotel confidently with key stakeholders, partners, and the local business community About You Proven experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel environment Strong financial and commercial acumen, particularly in managing complex operations with significant F&B and MICE components Demonstrated ability to operate within clear governance frameworks, controls, and reporting structures Experience working effectively with owners, asset managers, and brand stakeholders Clear and confident communication skills in English Experience operating in a competitive urban hotel environment What We Offer As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will be supported by a global hospitality company offering a competitive remuneration package, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
