This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional and visionary General Manager, Data & AI to establish and lead our AI and Data Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACoE) and drive the next phase of our data and digital transformation journey. Reporting to the Chief Technology & Corporate Services Officer, this pivotal role will shape how data, analytics and artificial intelligence are leveraged across the organisation to improve clinical outcomes, enhance operational performance and support strategic decision-making. You will champion a data-driven culture, helping leaders across our hospitals and services unlock the value of information to deliver better outcomes for patients, employees (caregivers) and the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the growth of SJGHC’s AI and Data Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACoE), driving a culture of innovation and data-informed decision making. Develop and execute the enterprise AI, data and analytics strategy to support organisational performance, clinical excellence and strategic priorities. Lead the use of data, analytics and artificial intelligence to deliver actionable insights, improve outcomes and create business value across the organisation. Provide leadership and oversight of enterprise data governance, information management, reporting and analytics frameworks. Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team across data, analytics and AI functions. Partner with executive, clinical and operational leaders to advance digital innovation, interoperability and evidence-based decision making. Drive the development of modern data platforms and analytical capabilities that support precision medicine, population health and operational excellence. Identify and leverage emerging technologies, data sources and AI opportunities to deliver transformational outcomes for patients, caregivers and the organisation. To be successful, you will be a strategic and influential leader with significant experience leading enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence or AI functions within a large and complex environment. You will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder engagement, change leadership and people management skills. Experience driving organisational transformation, establishing governance frameworks and translating complex data into meaningful business outcomes will be essential. Exposure to healthcare, highly regulated industries or complex service environments will be highly regarded.
