Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or hotel industry and possess strong leadership abilities to manage a team effectivly.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth running
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
- Oversee kitchen operations and food production processes
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Attend weekly managment meetings and present a report on the previous weeks figures
- Open and close the restaurant ensuring all tasks are compleated to the correct standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential
- Proficiency in team management, with a focus on motivating and developing staff
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety regulations, and quality standards is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
