EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
We are looking for someone with exceptional people leadership experience, able to galvanise and mobilise a high performing team, as well as proven capability delivering to business and commercial strategic objectives across the organisation.
In addition to this you will also possess
- Exceptional commercial acumen, with understanding of business drivers and an ability to liaise with stakeholders (both internal and external) at all levels
- Demonstrated strategic leadership experience in a financial services environment
- Significant key account relationship management experience with a strong understanding of the wealth management industry, including well developed understanding of wealth distribution channels, technology providers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading a sales & marketing function, providing strategic leader in aligning marketing programs to Go-to-Market strategies
- Ability to engage and mobilise team to deliver to business outcomes, coupled with demonstrated experience building, developing and coaching high performing teams
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners like Dealer Groups, Family Offices, Superfunds and Institutional Investors
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field essential. Successful completion of a relevant post-graduate qualification would be highly regarded
