Easy Street is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the team as the company grows. This is a multifaceted role that requires someone who is passionate about learning all aspects of the business from front to back of the house, while supporting operational efficiency and sustainable scalability. The ideal candidate has a background in corporate restaurant operations, a keen business acumen, and a knack for optimizing systems and procedures. An energetic, all-hands-on-deck attitude is critical in order to lead the team by example and foster a positive rapport with guests and staff. Any prior culinary experience and/or understanding of burger concept operations is a huge plus!
