Easy Street is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the team as the company grows. This is a multifaceted role that requires someone who is passionate about learning all aspects of the business from front to back of the house, while supporting operational efficiency and sustainable scalability. The ideal candidate has a background in corporate restaurant operations, a keen business acumen, and a knack for optimizing systems and procedures. An energetic, all-hands-on-deck attitude is critical in order to lead the team by example and foster a positive rapport with guests and staff. Any prior culinary experience and/or understanding of burger concept operations is a huge plus!

GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-6+ years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager (GM), or 7+ years as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (AGM), FOH Department Manager, Service Manager/Assistant General Manager, or Hospitality Manager is required
• Corporate restaurant experience is preferred
• High end casual and/or fast casual dining experience highly preferred
• Any prior culinary experience and/or Spanish fluency/conversational Spanish is a plus
• Systems oriented and tech savvy
• Strong understanding of administrative functions and controlling cost of goods
• Proven track record in leading and motivating a team
• Team player mentality with a hands-on leadership style
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and connect with / guide individuals across all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and support to staff members
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
• Food Safety Certification
• Be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Process driven and able to implement operating procedures that will continue to maximize efficiency
