We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations for a well-established company in the electrical controls and industrial automation sector.
This role is ideal for a growth-oriented leader with a solid technical foundation in electrical control systems, strong business acumen, and a passion for building and scaling high-performing teams. While the GM will not be directly involved in hands-on engineering, deep technical knowledge is essential to guide operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10+ years in electrical controls or industrial automation
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role
• Proven P&L responsibility and strategic planning success
• Strong understanding of electrical control system design and project execution
• Experience in scaling teams, change management, and hiring
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field
• MBA or formal business training is an asset
