BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Hotel Manager experience or equivalent.
  • Experience managing a property with revenue of $15M+ or greater and 150+ rooms.
  • Proven experience in managing activations and events that elevate resort experience
  • Skilled in cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with ownership groups
  • Solid commercial acumen with expertise in financial oversight and revenue optimization
  • Dynamic and thoughtful people leadership with a demonstrated track record of driving engagement and overseeing high-performing teams

The General Manager of Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa will oversee all aspects of operations at this oceanfront, all-suite resort. This hands-on role requires a guest-focused leader with a strong track record of driving service excellence, team engagement, and financial performance.
The GM will manage daily operations, lead a diverse team, build strong owner relations, and ensure a seamless guest experience that aligns with the resort’s relaxed, upscale atmosphere. With a full-service spa, on-site dining, event space, and beachfront access, the ideal candidate brings resort experience and a passion for hospitality.
