We’re looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead our énergie Fitness club in Cheltenham — a locally owned franchise powered by the strength of a national brand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the club — from driving membership growth and retention to ensuring an exceptional member experience day in, day out. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions, energy, and mindset will have a direct impact on both business performance and team culture.
