POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As the General Manager-Engineering at CHECK POINT 1 PTE. LTD., you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving our company’s technical vision, strategic planning, and execution. You will lead a high-performance engineering team, ensuring that our technology remains competitive and innovative in the market. This role requires strategic foresight, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to execute complex engineering initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or higher degree is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or executive role.
  • Strong technical background with extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and team management.
  • Proven leadership ability, with a track record of successfully building and leading engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and strategic management, with the ability to integrate technical vision into broader business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovation.
