GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking to recruit a French-speaking General Manager
The candidate must either be a French speaker or hold a level of C1 or above (according to the CEFR). The candidate will report to the Managing Director
The role involves the following key elements
(1) Planning for upcoming residential language courses each Summer, this will include recruitment, training, logistics and administrative work.
(2) Sales and promotion of Euro Languages College at conferences, school visits and through social media channels.
We work in a very busy fast paced environment – the ideal candidate will need to illustrate a ability to perform well under pressure and remain polite and professional. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who is flexible, can readily adapt to any situation, and is excited to pitch in and be an integral part of our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous management experience required
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong IT administrative abilities (Proficient in Excel, MS Office)
• Friendly and professional manner
• Sales and Marketing experience (an advantage)
• Experience in recruitment is necessary.
• Presentation and Training skills essential
• Perform well under pressure
• Hold all relevant documentation to live and work in Ireland
• Knowledge of the Irish Education system.
• Must have a clean driving license
• Other European languages such as German and Spanish (desirable)
• University Qualification desired
  Salary depends on experience, opportunity to develop and grow within the organization.
  The role may suit an experienced teacher that is on a career break.

  Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
