JOB SUMMARY

As EverLine General Manager, the objective is that with proper training, onboarding and support, to have the team member lead, oversee and manage EverLine’s Northern Ontario franchise location and assist with remotely and when needed in person with the management of the Ottawa franchise location.
*Occasional travel (once everyone 4 weeks or so for a few days) will be required to assist with managing the Ottawa location. Travel expenses will be covered.
The General Manager will be asked to oversee, manage and assist with the various aspects of the business, including the Operations/ Production, Sales and Administrative teams.

The types of asphalt and concrete coatings and maintenance services that EverLine take-on include, however are not limited to:

• Line painting
• Asphalt Crack filling
• Asphalt Infrared repairs and pothole repairs
• Sealcoating of commercial, residential, and industrial properties
• Epoxy Floors & Concrete Coatings
• Acrylic Resurfacing of various types of sport courts
• Etc.

QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

• Previous experience managing teams and projects in the general construction field.
• Previous leadership experience.
• A positive, helpful, constructive, and ready-to-work attitude.
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker who likes to problem-solve.
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to work well independently and unsupervised.
• A G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
• A cell-phone with access to internet/ data.
• The ability to occasionally travel to help manage and oversee EverLine Ottawa’s franchise location.
