POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Façade and Aluminum to lead our façade and aluminum division in the UAE. This leadership role combines strategic business development, operational oversight, and technical project management expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing high-value projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality façade and aluminum solutions that meet industry standards and client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 20–25 years of experience in façade and aluminum project delivery, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership or general management role within the UAE or GCC region.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and modern façade technologies.
• Business Acumen: Proven experience in revenue generation, client acquisition, and commercial negotiations.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Membership with a recognized engineering or construction body (e.g., SOE, CIOB, AIA) is a plus.
