Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – HVAC to lead our sales operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive GCC experience in HVAC sales, a proven track record of driving new business, and strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Requirements

Develop and implement the company's HVAC sales and business development strategy.

Set annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.

Lead, manage and motivate the HVAC sales team.

Develop new business opportunities with contractors, MEP companies, consultants, dealers and distributors.

Identify new projects and business opportunities in the UAE market.

Monitor upcoming HVAC, MEP, construction and infrastructure projects.

Monitor quotations, sales pipeline, outstanding payments and customer collections.

Review sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure proper follow-up of enquiries, quotations and pending orders.

Control sales margins and ensure profitable business growth.

Good knowledge of the UAE HVAC market.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
