We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to take charge of a high-volume, fast casual restaurant in Burlington, VT. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to run the business like their own while being backed by a growing national brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations of a high-energy restaurant
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of 20–40 employees
  • Drive top-line sales and manage full P&L responsibility
  • Maintain operational excellence: speed, accuracy, hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Control food and labor costs while ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Partner with regional leadership to implement brand standards and marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in restaurant
  • Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and budgets in a high-volume environment
  • Strong grasp of P&L management and operational performance metrics
  • Guest-first leadership style with a focus on building a great culture
  • Tech-savvy with POS, scheduling, and food ordering systems
  • Bonus: Experience opening new stores, franchise systems, or managing college-town locations
