Location: Dewsbury (Showroom HQ) + Wakefield Warehouses
Salary: £42,000 rising to £45,000 after 6-month review + £2,500 annual car allowance after 12 months

The Opportunity
This isn’t a desk job. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run the operation, manage the team, and be the CEO’s right hand. When the CEO isn’t in the room — you’re the one making sure the vision gets executed.
You’ll shadow the CEO closely, lead from the front, and play a key role in every part of the business.
