My client is looking for a passionate General Manager for a captivating 4-star country house hotel and spa nestled in the beautiful rural setting of south Fife. We are looking for a General Manager that has experience of high end 4 Star Hotels with a popular spa, As General Manager you will lead a thriving business and deliver solid financial results while engaging guests and your dedicated team. As the driving force behind this multi-faceted operation, you will have the opportunity to own the property and drive its progression, empowered to make a lasting impact.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a 4 Star Hotel & Spa environment
• Proficiency in managing P&L and ensuring health and safety compliance
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Demonstrated success in driving financial results and KPIs
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest-centric service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant hospitality management qualifications or equivalent experience
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and team members
