Manage, coach, and develop field technicians and administrative staff. Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and efficient workflow in a 24/7 emergency services environment. Conduct job costing, evaluate profitability, and monitor key performance metrics. Maintain inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships. Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and biohazard handling regulations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships during sensitive and emotionally challenging situations. Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy. Support marketing and local business development efforts as needed. Relevant Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Emergency Management, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in operations, service management, restoration, remediation, or emergency response industry.
