Qualifications   Job Title: GENERAL MANAGER Department: Operations Supervisors: Executive General Manager and VP of Operations Licensing Required: Food and alcohol handling licensing   Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for managing daily operations including food processes, projection procedures, equipment, development and performance of team members. In addition, the GM oversees inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimization of profits and satisfaction of guests. Relays such information and ideas to the Vice Presidents for the enhancement of the guest expectation. * Sets a good example of the company dress code and appearance standards, ensuring that your team fully complies with all expectations. * Enforces all alcohol and food licensing and regulations. * Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of cinema. * Hire, develop and nurture employee talent to reduce turnover. * Understand and report Workers' Compensation and General Liability claims using proper procedures. * Write an optimal and timely film schedule based on weekly booked content. * Work closely with the management team to identify and develop team members for future leadership roles. * Ensure the highest level of hourly employee training and validation of team member knowledge.
