About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Food & Beverage to lead our F&B operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse F&B outlets, overseeing all aspects of operations including quality, cost control, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership for all F&B operations to achieve business objectives. Ensure high standards of food quality, sanitation, service, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability across all outlets. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure quality products and negotiate favorable terms. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to licensing requirements. Drive marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers. Analyze business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit F&B operations. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive high performance.
