• Business Development Ability – confident speaker, strong communicator, effective relationship-builder.
• Tech-Savviness – comfortable with modern marketing tech stacks, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on operator who can step into details when needed.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on General Manager who combines sharp business acumen with deep marketing expertise. This role is both strategic and operational - ideal for someone who can step into the details when needed while also driving long-term growth for our agency.
The GM will report directly to the Managing Director and serve as the public face of the group, representing us at industry events, driving business development, and building senior-level client and partner relationships. Internally, they will lead with empathy and accountability—hiring, mentoring, and building a culture of performance.
