Drive membership, package, private training, and retail sales to meet and exceed studio revenue goals Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and Pilates instructors Oversee daily studio operations, including class schedules, staffing, and cleanliness Execute grassroots marketing strategies and build local partnerships Create an outstanding experience for every client and prospective member Represent the Club Pilates brand and studio values in your daily work What It Takes to Thrive in This Role...
