About this Role
Are you ready to take on a leadership role at Roy Foss? We’re looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead our newly acquired dealership, overseeing daily operations and helping to shape its next chapter of growth. This is a unique opportunity to build on the dealership’s established foundation while integrating it into the Roy Foss family, ensuring a seamless alignment with our culture, values, and high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership across all dealership departments including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
  • Drive growth in market share and profitability while maintaining long-term operational stability.
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects the standards of premium automotive brands.
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire department leaders and staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and operational requirements.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as CSI scores, profitability, and inventory management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a General Manager in a high-performing dealership environment.
  • Background with domestic brands strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
  • Deep knowledge of dealership financials, operations, and analytics.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated by high CSI scores.
  • Familiarity with dealership systems such as Reynolds is an asset.
