We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hotel management, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability and team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/GM role
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, PMS systems)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday

• Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and handle any high-level guest concerns
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Lead, train, and support department managers and hotel staff
• Drive sales and marketing strategies to improve occupancy and revenue
• Monitor property standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
