ABOUT THE ROLE:

The General Manager, Fremont will lead the team in the opening of Pedalheads second custom-built teaching pool. Your job will be to ensure a smooth, successful launch of this brand-new location as well as developing and maintaining customer and staff relationships. You are lively and energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love interacting with people, making conversations with ease, and are committed to knowing every customer by name. You are a people leader who creates a playful work environment whilst being able to hold your people accountable.
