QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in façade and aluminum projects, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role that includes business development responsibilities.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of façade and aluminum systems, project estimation, cost management, and industry standards.
• Business Development: Proven track record of successful business development, including client acquisition, market analysis, and driving revenue growth.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders across all levels.
