We are a proud Five Guys franchisee looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our St. Joseph restaurant. • Take full accountability for the restaurant’s performance, including financial management and inventory control.
• Recruit, train, and motivate your crew, assigning roles and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues to ensure every guest has a great experience.
• Work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts, to oversee all aspects of the operation.
